If you use our products and are not satisfied, we will give you a full refund of the product price, less shipping costs. If using NRG supplements, we ask that you take them as directed on the bottle for a full 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the product after 60 days, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs.

Please Note:

Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:

1. You must have taken Swissnutraceuticals as directed on the bottle.
2. You must request the refund within 90 days of purchase.
3. To request a refund we will require the following:
   • Your full name and address
   • The empty product bottle(s).
   • Any unopened and sealed bottle(s)
   • Allow up to 6 weeks for refund
   • Use the pre-printed label for return (charges for shipping will be deducted from refund)
   • Refund will be issued to the credit card of purchase
4. If your refund request does not meet all the requirements, a refund will not be issued.
