All sites hosted by DbSmartSite are built and maintained using our own DbSmartConfig site builder and content management software. In order to use DbSmartConfig, you must first logon with a valid site id, user name and password.

To logon to DbSmartConfig,

• Enter the following URL in your browser's address bar: http://www.dbSmartConfig.com
• Enter your site id, user name and password
• Click on the Logon button

If you do not remember your site id or user name, you must contact your site administrator (if you are a content manager) or DbSmartSite customer support.

If you do not remember your password, click on the link to receive your password hint.

Note: To receive your hint, you must enter a valid site id and user name. Enter any text for the password in order to make it through the initial validation.

When you are done working in DbSmartConfig, you should always logoff to end your session. This prevents someone from walking up to your computer while you are away and making any unsolicited changes.

Note: As a security caution, you are automatically logged off after 10 minutes on inactivity.

To logoff, simply click on the Logoff tab at the right side of the tab bar. The system will prompt you before actually logging you off. You must logon again to access DbSmartConfig after logging off.
